INAUGURAL MEETING!!

On September 17 the Battlefords Probus Club will hold its first meeting.  This will be an informational meeting to let everyone who attends know how the club will function.  This will include the need for volunteers for management positions, how the finances of the club work, how often we will meet and where and how often we will meet during the year.

Coffee will be served and a short presentation will be shown covering the items outlined above.

There are about 250 Probus Clubs in Canada with about 35000 members.  Probus clubs are established in many countries with over 2000 clubs in the UK alone.  This is a great way to listen to diverse and interesting speakers, mingle with other retirees and enjoy the social interaction with an interesting group of people.
